KETJU Research
For compliance

Ketju, in the language of your file

A one-page summary for the compliance review of a research subscription.

What it is

Ketju Research is a subscription research publication for financial professionals. Every subscriber receives the same memos, grades, and alerts on the same schedule. The content is general and impersonal: verdicts are written against published model mandates, not any subscriber's client.

What it is not

Ketju does not manage assets, take custody, execute transactions, or make individualized recommendations. It collects no client data. It accepts no compensation from any protocol, chain, or issuer it covers, and holds no positions it is paid to promote. It is an input to a firm's own diligence, not a substitute for it.

How it supports a books-and-records file

Every memo is versioned and dated, carries a scheduled review date, and states in advance the observable events that would revoke its verdict. Superseded memos stay on the record. Coverage is reported split between researched memos and class rules, never merged. Market data comes from a named source (DefiLlama) with its update cadence stated on the page.

Who writes it

Jon Ragsdale, in a personal capacity. Ketju Research is independent of and unaffiliated with any advisory firm. The legal entity is 1732 Studios LLC d/b/a Ketju Research.
