How the research corrects itself
A verdict is not publishable because one person feels finished. The human author and reviewer must be different accounts. Approval is bound to a SHA-256 digest of the exact prose and evidence receipts; any edit invalidates it. Reviews, dissent, source versions, incident events, and superseded publications remain in the record.
Current coverage, kept separate
Freshness
| Research object | Overdue | Maximum normal cadence |
|---|---|---|
| Individual judgments | 0 | 93 days when approved; 32 days during an active incident |
| Class applications | 0 | 93 days |
| Class dossiers | 0 | 184 days |
Rejected individual files may use a 184- or 365-day structural cadence only when observable reopen criteria remain on file and automated surveillance continues. A fired criterion or client-held incident overrides the calendar immediately.
Corrections and supersession
A typo that does not change meaning is labeled a correction. New evidence that changes an interpretation creates a superseding version. A verdict reversal, material limit change, or methodology change is labeled as such, explains the prior view, and requires independent review. The old version is not overwritten or silently removed.
Dissent and changing sources
Reviewers record contrary estimates and unresolved disagreement even when they approve. The public conclusion may stay concise; the dissent remains in the institutional file. Static memo sources carry URL, source type, access date, and supported claims. Ingested regulatory and on-chain evidence additionally preserves every observed content hash and excerpt as an immutable source version.

Incident clock
- Open the incident and record confirmed facts separately from unknowns.
- Apply an immediate temporary re-rating before debating the final verdict.
- Identify client-held positions and whether subscriber communication is required.
- Assign an owner, deadline, and follow-up; preserve each event in the incident timeline.
- Close only after the permanent research record and any required communication are complete.
