EA Finance
Rejected venues wait the longest for re-review; a rejection has to earn another look before the scheduled date.
EA Finance issues wCC, a 1:1 EVM representation of Canton Coin backed by CC held on Canton and currently deployed on BNB Smart Chain. Its bridge-style mint and redeem path adds Canton custody, cross-network messaging and BSC-contract dependencies, but the standing BSC chain rejection is already dispositive. The 2026-08-16 survey measured about $251,000 on BSC. This is a class application rather than an adverse individual finding; the file reopens only with meaningful liquidity on an approved chain or a changed BSC verdict.

Mechanism applicability
EA Finance documents one wCC for one locked Canton Coin. The Canton-to-EVM flow locks CC and mints wCC on BSC; the reverse burns wCC before releasing CC. Vault and DeFi uses sit downstream of that wrapped claim. These facts establish the current product and its bridge dependencies, but do not override the rejected settlement-chain rule.
Control and dependency applicability
The official proof-of-liquidity page identifies a Canton-side Safe and the BSC wCC contract as the two sides of backing evidence. The bridge flow necessarily depends on the locked-CC account, wCC mint-and-burn controls and correct cross-network execution. No claim of protocol approval or a loss-free record is made in this class application.
Exit and perimeter applicability
A holder exits natively by burning wCC and completing the BSC-to-Canton release path, or economically through available BSC secondary liquidity. Both routes remain exposed to BSC settlement; the native route also needs the Canton-side backing and bridge flow. The current survey shows only BSC base TVL.
Why the dossier still applies
DefiLlama measured about $251,000 on BSC on 2026-08-16. The rejected-chain dossier stops the analysis before wCC design or yield quality can make the position eligible. Reopen if EA Finance establishes meaningful liquidity on an approved settlement chain or if the registry’s BSC verdict changes; growth confined to BSC is not sufficient.

Inherited controls
The verdict above grades the protocol layer. Every position also inherits the asset it holds and the chain it settles on. The least safe layer sets the position’s grade, and the position table names which one that is.
| Chain | Verdict | Grade | Control constraint |
