A token from Anchored Capital that stands for a beneficial entitlement, under a bare trust, to fund shares that hold the stock or ETF; not the share. Third-party custodial: A custodian’s security entitlement formatted as a token; the claim runs against the intermediary.
Who may hold it
Not offered to US persons. First purchase $100,000. For professional and qualified investors outside the United States and mainland China, after KYC or KYB by Anchored; Reg S US persons, and residents of Canada, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine’s occupied regions, Morocco, Algeria, Nepal and the sanctioned countries on Anchored’s list, may not acquire or redeem. Anchored’s documents give two minimums: the investment page says a first direct mint must be at least $100,000 in USDC with no minimum after that, while the fee schedule says USD 90 directly with Anchored and USD 1 through integration partners. The file carries the stricter figure.
