USD share of the Spiko Digital Assets Cash and Carry Fund, an FPS whose return comes from a Marex certificate that pays a Bitcoin and Ether cash-and-carry index; EUR hedged share of the Spiko Digital Assets Cash and Carry Fund, the same portfolio with the dollar exposure hedged to euros by currency forwards. Issuer direct: The on-chain record is the securityholder file; the holder is the registered owner.
Who may hold it
Not offered to US persons. First purchase $114,110. The prospectus reserves the shares for investors listed in Article 423-27 of the AMF General Regulation and names who that includes: professional clients under MiFID II, the management company and its staff, and any other investor whose minimum subscription a portfolio manager makes for them under a discretionary mandate. Every first subscription must be at least EUR 100,000, or the same amount in USD for the USD share (USD 114,110 at the ECB rate of 23 September 2026); later subscriptions start at 1 USD or 1 EUR. A buyer from another holder must top up to the minimum. U.S. persons under Regulation S are barred, and that definition covers a discretionary account held by a U.S. adviser. Spiko says it does not market the fund outside France.

Redeem with the fund at NAV by the daily cutoff (11:00 a.m. Paris). Orders centralized by 11:00 a.m. Paris on day D-1 fill at the NAV calculated on D from D-1 market data; redemptions pay in cash on D+1, two business days after the order. Redemptions above 10% of net assets on one date may be capped and carried forward, for at most 20 NAVs in a month.. Settles in USD, EUR.

What the monitor reads daily
Every control function in the table above and the contracts the token consults on transfer; the token’s on-chain supply against yesterday’s; and its market quote against yesterday’s quote, since a fund of this kind accrues a few basis points a day. Every document quoted above is re-read too, and a quote that leaves its document reopens the file. A change opens a review item in the governance queue and reopens the file before any client action.
