What the client owns
. Issuer indirect: The token points at a record kept off chain; the transfer agent’s file governs and the chain is a mirror.
Who may hold it
US retail investors. First purchase minimum not stated. State coverage not confirmed by the issuer. The prospectus sets no investor floor and no minimum: DTCC Shares trade through any broker, and Tokenized Shares require a wallet that WisdomTree Transfers has registered after identity checks. The ticker, listing exchange, sub-adviser, and fee are blank in the May 12, 2026 amendment.
Who can freeze or claw back
Smart contracts block transfers to or from unregistered wallets and can claw back tokens that do not match the book-entry record. No contract is public yet, so the powers have not been read. No contract is public, so Ketju cannot read the keys yet.

Who may buy, hold, transfer, and redeem

Each answer rests on the issuer’s own words, quoted from the document named under it. Ketju re-reads each document and records whether the words are still there. Where the documents say nothing, the row says so.

What the holder owns

One share of a registered ETF, recorded on a blockchain instead of at DTC; the same security either way.

“Each Tokenized Share is a digital representation of one share of the Fund recorded on a blockchain. Tokenized Shares do not constitute a separate instrument or a different type of security from DTCC Shares; rather they are a digital form of the same underlying shares of the Fund.”

Who may hold it

No one yet: nothing may be sold until the registration is effective, now set for 18 October 2026.

“We may not sell these securities until the registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission is effective.”

Who may hold it

Once effective, anyone whose wallet WisdomTree Transfers has verified and approved; the filing sets no investor floor.

“Tokenized Shares may only be held in blockchain wallets that have been verified and approved by WisdomTree Transfers.”

First purchase minimum

The filing states no minimum. Shares trade at market prices through brokers or dealers, and the fund itself deals only in Creation Unit Aggregations.

Not stated in SEC EDGAR: WisdomTree Digital Trust, Post-Effective Amendment No. 95 on Form N-1A (485APOS, filed 2026-05-12): WisdomTree 500 Digital ETF prospectus and SAI.

Who it may be transferred to

Only between wallets WisdomTree Transfers has approved, at any hour; a transfer is not legally valid until WisdomTree Transfers records it.

“The ability to conduct peer-to-peer transfers is currently limited to verified and permissioned wallets of investors for supported blockchains. A peer-to-peer transfer could occur any time of the day on any day, but would not be legally valid until registered by WisdomTree Transfers.”

How a holder redeems

A holder cannot redeem. Only authorized participants redeem, in creation-unit blocks; a holder sells to a dealer or another approved wallet, or switches to DTCC form and sells on the exchange.

“Tokenized Shares may only be redeemed in Creation Unit Aggregations by Authorized Participants and holders of Tokenized Shares will not be able to individually redeem Tokenized Shares (the inability to individually redeem also applies to DTCC Shares).”

Who keeps the official record

WisdomTree Transfers, the digital transfer agent. Its book-entry record is the official record of Tokenized Shares; the chain is reconciled to it daily, and BNY’s overall count controls if the two cannot be reconciled.

“WisdomTree Transfers’ book-entry records constitute the official record of ownership for Tokenized Shares.”

What the issuer says it can freeze or take back

Smart contracts block transfers to or from unregistered wallets and can claw back tokens that do not match the book-entry record. No contract is public yet, so the powers have not been read.

“Specifically, smart contracts have been developed to support functions such as transfer restrictions to prevent unauthorized transfers to or from unregistered wallets and ability to claw back tokens to the extent that the digital representation of Fund share ownership does not align with the book-entry records.”

The transfer agent’s SEC record

A transfer agent registers with the SEC on Form TA-1 and reports each year on Form TA-2: how many securityholder accounts it keeps and for how many issues it keeps the master securityholder file, the list that says who owns each share.

Who can change the record

Powers read from the deployed contracts and their verified source: the token and every contract it consults on transfer. A power recorded here is the issuer’s ability, not evidence it has been used.

No token contract for this program is public, so nothing can be read from the chain yet. The issuer’s own statement of its powers is quoted above. Ketju reads the contract the day one is published.

What the monitor reads daily

Nothing on chain yet: no contract is public. The documents quoted above are re-read every day, and any change to them opens a review item, which is how a first published contract shows up. The contract joins the daily read the day it is published. EDGAR is read for the transfer agent’s registration.

File history

Not revised since it was filed. A revision keeps the superseded copy as published, with the reason.
