Research, firm shelf, model-client eligibility, and advisor selection are recorded separately. The scheduled date is the outside bound; new evidence can reopen the file sooner.

Suigar is outside the current firm shelf because its structure maps to the rejected-chain policy class. This is a firm-policy classification, not an adverse quality rating and not a client trade instruction. The factual mechanism, control, loss, and exit evidence is retained below.

The research file

Mechanism applicability

The depositor funds a casino bankroll and is paid from the house margin on wagers. The return is gambling revenue net of player wins, so principal moves with wager volume and variance rather than with borrowers, validators or an issuer. Deposits, wagers, settlement and withdrawal all execute on Sui.

Current observation and perimeter

The DefiLlama protocol API read on 2026-09-15 classified Suigar under Luck Games and reported approximately $117k on a Sui-only perimeter, listed on 2026-06-26 with two recorded audits. The yield survey the same day placed it under the rejected-chain rule on that single perimeter.

Control and exit applicability

Sui control facts sit under every bankroll state transition. Beyond the chain, a bankroll depositor is exposed to a variance tail in which an unusual run of player wins impairs principal, and to whoever sets the game parameters and house edge. Recording this as a settlement-layer exclusion should not be read as a finding that the economic claim would otherwise be suitable; a gambling bankroll is not a client yield exposure.

Firm shelf classification

The rejected-chain class is outside the current firm shelf. Research describes the product; firm policy determines shelf eligibility; client constraints determine the candidate set; and the advisor alone selects any action or amount.

Sources

The claims above trace to these. Where a number could not be independently verified, the thesis says so.

Inherited controls

The research above describes the protocol layer. Every position also inherits the asset it holds and the chain it settles on. The most administered layer sets the position’s effective control grade; that is a control description, not a quality or suitability score.

SuiAdverse freezable freeze and seizure are demonstrated: standing validator deny lists began freezing the Cetus exploiter’s ~$162M within about 80 minutes, and a Foundation-organized vote later moved the frozen funds without the owner’s keys.
